Personal Wedding Stationary | Passion Project
Project Objective
I knew that when my fiance proposed to me, I wanted to design the stationary and signs for our wedding myself. I wanted to create something unique to us and one way I chose to do that was to hand illustrate custom type for our names on the invitations and most of the headline text throughout our wedding signage. I sketched ideas and hand vectorized the illustrated type in Adobe Illustrator using the pen tool. On the back of our invitations, I hand illustrated a pattern referencing the copper pannels on the ceiling walking into our wedding venue in order to tie in an element of the space.
